Overview

Janrain Customer Insights enables your team to access relevant and accurate information about your customer’s profiles, allowing you to analyze them and make informed business decisions. Everything in Customer Insights is aimed at enabling your team to take action.

Default Dashboards

Customer Insights delivers a set of default dashboards. Each dashboard contains a series of reports tied to common data filters.

If you have not used a Business Intelligence (BI) tool before, the default dashboards will give you a place to start, as well as a curated way to approach and leverage the insights our platform can provide. These dashboards are part of our SaaS offering; they will be regularly updated and modified as we continue to add new data elements or enhance the existing ones by transforming, complementing, and categorizing the data you collect.

General Activity Dashboard

The General Activity dashboard displays main platform activities, events, and indicators (currently, logins and registrations are available). The report filters (located in the top-right corner) affect all reports in the dashboard.

Profile Insights/Demographics

The Profile Insights/Demographics dashboard displays demographic information about specific profile groups (AKA cohorts). You define these cohorts by modifying the report filters that are located in the top-right corner. When you hover over a chart segment, the underlying data is displayed. This data can be easily exported into a .csv file.

Profile Insights/Interests
