These instructions are for earlier versions of the Magento plugin. These are presented only for legacy purposes. For new implementations, please use the current Magento plugin.

The Magento plugin for Capture provides the following features:

• Centralized data store of user information
• Integrated Social Sign-In with Janrain Engage
• Single Sign-On capability

Installation ¶

1. Copy the key from Magento Connect.
2. Log into Magento Connect Manager from your Magento installation admin backend.
3. Paste the key from Magento Connect and click Install.
4. Clear the cache and log out of your admin session.

Configuration ¶

1. Gather your Capture application credentials.
2. Click on the Janrain Capture configuration menu in the Configuration section of the admin menu.
3. Enter your Capture address, Client ID and Client Secret and click Save.

Magento Sign In links will automatically launch Capture modal windows. For a better user experience, alter your page templates to use the following link construction:

Note: Setting the SSO Server optional field in the configuration menu will enable SSO functionality.
