Echo – Engage and Capture

This extension uses the Backplane Protocol, an open-source protocol which can be used by Enterprises and small businesses, to integrate with other web applications. Backplane allows applications to communicate with one another over a secure bus. Leveraging Backplane, messages can be sent and received with one another. These messages may pass identity information, log in/out events and other activities.

With Backplane, these applications do not require custom integration or management of the interfaces. These integrations are accomplished via simple configuration.
