Options ¶

After you follow all of the steps in the Implementation Guide, your Social Sign-in Widget will work. You might want to modify the appearance of your widget, perhaps for branding reasons. You might want to add a button to your widget, or implement FICAM or Third Party Analytics. These optional modifications are described in this guide. You do not have to implement any of these features.

The User’s Guide details the features available to extend the scope of the Social Sign-in widget. They offer even more customization to your widget.

• Progressive Permissioning – Allows the website to request further permissions when needed.
• Coding the Widget Appearance — Instead of using the Dashboard to build the GUI of your widget, this guide details how you can build it yourself.
• Custom Provider Button — For customers who are Oauth providers, this topic explains how to add a button to the widget.
• FICAM Support — For sites that need to conform to Government mandated FICAM security measures.
• Third Party Analytics — Instructions on how to integrate third party tracking platforms such as Google Analytics, and Omniture with the Sign-in widget.
